Editorial Estampa published the novel in 1980. The naked trip by Juan Bautista Piñero, translated from the French by José Saramago.
In the epigraph, the Spanish writer states: “To the accounts of travels and adventures that I read with fervor, some memories of which, more or less altered by memory or will, permeate this text.”
The cover is a watercolor by René Magritte, from 1952, entitled Le Séduction.
